The concept makes the emergency line impossible to miss on any device, then reinforces trust with licensing, insurance and service-area details right below it.

The problem
The illustrative starting point hides urgent services behind a visitor counter, clip art and a dated tagline.
What the concept changes
The concept adds a 24/7 emergency bar above everything, one-tap calling, upfront water heater, drain cleaning and AC tune-up categories, and a licensed-and-insured badge.
What the design is meant to do
The concept keeps the 24/7 emergency line visible on the first screen of any device, so an after-hours visitor sees it before anything else.
